Fellow Pilgrims in cyberspace, it is a joy for us to greet you via this social network. However, we do look forward to a more personal greeting in the not too distant future. St. Gabriel’s is a vibrant parish with a potpourri of nationalities. From New York in the Northeast to Panama in Central America and across to Guyana in the South, we also boast of membership from the chain of islands throughout the Caribbean. England, Canada and the African nation of Nigeria also compliment our membership. These various nationalities join me with our associate clergy and vestry in welcoming you to St. Gabriel’s Episcopal Church via this medium.

We extend a WARM ST.GABRIEL’S WELCOME to all visitors, especially all of our baptismal candidates and their families. Today we also welcome the Rev. Canon Calvin MacIntyre and Mrs. MacIntyre. Canon MacIntyre is serving as our preacher today.

Next Sunday is the Day of Pentecost (Whitsunday)! Don’t forget to wear something red.

Please join us for an INDEPENDENCE DAY COMMUNITY EUCHARIST on WEDNESDAY, JULY 04, 2018 at 10 am. A FELLOWSHIP BARBECUE with GAMES and PRIZES will follow on the grounds. Community churches and residents will be invited.

Join us for St. Luke’s Deanery Spring Time Mission Services continuing at St. Augustine’s Church on Wednesday, May 16, 2018. All services commence at 7:00 pm, after an agape meal at 6:00 pm.

The Episcopal Ministries of L.I. Annual Appeal is now underway.
