Watch Our Service Live!

Fellow Pilgrims in cyberspace, it is a joy for us to greet you via this social network. However, we do look forward to a more personal greeting in the not too distant future. St. Gabriel’s is a vibrant parish with a potpourri of nationalities. From New York in the Northeast to Panama in Central America and across to Guyana in the South, we also boast of membership from the chain of islands throughout the Caribbean. England, Canada and the African nation of Nigeria also compliment our membership. These various nationalities join me with our associate clergy and vestry in welcoming you to St. Gabriel’s Episcopal Church via this medium.
Should you be commuting through our local community here in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, please do not hesitate to visit with us. You will experience the warmth and hospitality of St. Gabe’s where Jesus is proclaimed as “Lord and Savior.”
Blessings, God’s Peace, and all Good be with you.

The Very Reverend Eddie Alleyne, Rector & Dean of St. Luke’s Deanery

Thankful for God’s abundant Goodness and for His great gift Of salvation through Jesus Christ our Lord, I hereby covenant to seek, to know, to do his will, and to promote the interest Of Christ’s Kingdom. Having accepted the Lord Jesus Christ As my personal Savior, the Bible as God’s Revelation of Himself and as the grounding Of faith and practice, I seek fellowship with

All who devoutly love the Lord Jesus Christ and Accept His standard of teaching and conduct as set forth in the New Testament. Realizing that the success of the Church Depends upon the consecration of its Individual members, I hereby covenant to uphold It in my prayers, to attend its services, to contribute to its peace and harmony and, as far as possible, in every way, to promote its temporal and spiritual welfare.

We extend a WARM ST.GABRIEL’S WELCOME to all visitors especially our guest organist Tunde Sowole from St. Alban’s church. We also extend a warm welcome to the Riley and Barnabas families and friends, who will be placing a leaf on the tree of life in memory of Claudette E. Riley.
